Megan Hensley is the Owner and Founder of East Tennessee Association Management LLC. A lifelong Tri-Cities native, Megan is proud to serve the communities she has called home her entire life. As a mother of four beautiful children, she understands the importance of strong, well-managed communities where families can thrive.

Before entering the community association management industry, Megan spent more than 10 years in retail management, where she developed a passion for leadership, customer service, and team development. Seeking a career that would provide a better work-life balance and allow her to spend more time with her family, she transitioned into association management and earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation.

After several years of successfully managing community associations, Megan recognized an opportunity to create a company built on the principles she values most: integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership. Those values became the foundation of East Tennessee Association Management LLC.

Megan's greatest passion is helping associations that have experienced challenges due to poor management or a lack of direction. She believes every board deserves a management partner who educates, empowers, and provides the tools necessary for long-term success. Rather than simply managing day-to-day operations, Megan works alongside boards to establish sound financial practices, improve governance, strengthen communication, and ensure every decision is made in the best interest of the entire community.

Her mission is to help associations operate efficiently, responsibly, and with confidence, while providing homeowners with the financial guidance and transparency they deserve. Megan believes that when communities are managed ethically and professionally, everyone benefits—from board members to homeowners alike.
